What benefits does the “Membership Site Plugin Club” have compared to a “Single Plugin Purchase?”

Club Subscription gives you immediate access to all of our current and past plugins, plus the one’s that might be released over the course of your club subscription. You will be re-billed every month until you cancel your subscription. Access to the support plugins, tutorieals and any future plugin updates are only available as long as you stay subscribed to the club.

Single Plugin Purchases gives you access to only one plugin and only one year of support and upgrades.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover directly through Authorize.NET or you can also use your PayPal account. We only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a purchase order, take a check or take any orders over the phone.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, you will not be able to download the plugins anymore and not receive any plugin updates. Plus you will no longer have access to the support forums. If you want to re-subscribe after you cancel, you will have to pay the one time start up fee again.

Will my plugins quit working if my license expires?

No. If your license expires, your plugins will still work just fine. You won’t have access to plugin updates or the support forums. If you want the latest update or access to support you will need to purchase another year for each plugin.

Where Can I Find My API Key?

If you’ve already purchased a plugin and need to retrieve your API key, you can do that on your member page. Once you’ve successfully logged into the My Account area, click on the “Edit Profile” tab and your api key will be listed.

Can I purchase any license and upgrade later?

Sure. You can start with any license and if you want to upgrade later, then you’re welcome to at any time. You can upgrade directly from the Add/Renew area on your members page in the My Account area.

I purchased some plugins on Kencinnus.com, do I have access here too?

Yes. All customers of Kencinnus.com have been imported into the new system. In fact, you got a sweet deal because you were upgraded to the highest level and given credit for whatever time you had left on your original purchase!

I purchased some plugins from JLogica.com, do I have access here too?

No. You will have to re-purchase if you want upgrades or support.

Do your plugins work with the latest version of aMember?

Probably. They are not guaranteed to work with any beta version that has been released. The version number of the plugin tells you what version it was last tested with. So you should match up your version of aMember to the plugin version in order to assure success.

Are these plugins going to work when aMember v4 is released?

Not right away. aMember version 4 is a complete re-write and every single plugin on the planet will also have to be re-written to be compatible with this new version. And that’s going to take a long time.
